These Terms govern your use of Pexora (the "Marketplace"). By creating an account, submitting a request, or joining our directory of Professionals, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pexora.
Pexora is a marketplace that connects property owners with vetted Professionals. Pexora is not a party to any agreement or contract between a Consumer and a Professional. We make no representation about the quality or guarantee of work performed by a Professional. We do not employ any Professional listed in our directory.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Professionals must hold the licenses and insurance required by their jurisdiction to perform the services they list.
When you submit a request you authorize Pexora to share your contact information and request details with the Professional matched to you and to administer the marketplace. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You consent to receive communications from Pexora and any matched Professional about your request.
By submitting a request you consent to be contacted by Pexora and any matched Professional at the phone number and email you provided through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, SMS, and email — for purposes related to your request. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. We log the disclosure text and timestamp you accepted.
Professionals represent and warrant that the business, license, and insurance information they provide is accurate. Pexora reviews submissions before awarding trust badges; badges reflect a documented review at a point in time and do not endorse that the Professional will perform to any specific standard. Professionals are responsible for their own work product and for any commitments they make to a Consumer. Pexora may suspend or remove a Professional profile at any time if information is found to be false or the Professional fails to uphold marketplace standards.
Ratings reflect verified completed work. We do not display review counts or ratings where no verified review record exists. Fabricated or incentivized reviews are prohibited.
You agree not to use Pexora to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive requests, to harvest Professional contact information, to discriminate, to spam, or to attempt to disrupt the Marketplace. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
PEXORA IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY MATCH WILL RESULT IN A SUCCESSFUL ENGAGEMENT OR THAT A PROFESSIONAL'S WORK WILL BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK WHEN HIRING A PROFESSIONAL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Marketplace or from any engagement between a Consumer and a Professional. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if anything.
You agree to indemnify Pexora against any third-party claim arising from your use of the Marketplace or from the work product of any Professional you hire through the Marketplace.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
