1. Information we collect

• Request information. When you submit a property request we collect your name, email, phone (optional), property address or ZIP, project description, photos, and timeline.
• Marketing attribution. We capture the UTM parameters, referrer, and device type associated with your visit when you submit a request, so we can understand where our homeowners come from.
• Onboarding information. When a Professional joins Pexora we collect business name, business type, address, license number, license and insurance documents, certifications, and coverage areas. License and insurance documents are stored privately and are never shown publicly.
• Account information. If you create a Pexora account we store your name, email, role, and authentication tokens managed by the platform's identity provider.
• Communications consent. Your choice to receive email or SMS communications is recorded against each request along with the disclosure text you saw at the time.

2. How we use your information

• To route your request to vetted Professionals based on your service and service area.
• To contact you about your request and to confirm it was received.
• To allow your matched Professional to follow up with you regarding scope, scheduling, and a quote.
• To prevent fraud, verify credentials, and meet our obligations as a marketplace operator.
• To publish aggregated, de-identified analytics about request volume and marketplace performance.

3. How we share your information

We share your name, email, phone, and the details of your request only with the Professional (and Pexora admin team) assigned to your request. We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We do not use a third-party ad network for retargeting personal data.

4. Communication consent (TCPA)

By submitting a request on Pexora you consent to be contacted by Pexora and any matched professional by phone, email, or SMS regarding your request. If you opted-in to SMS updates, message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any SMS we send. We log the consent text and timestamp you accepted at the time of submission.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies and browser sessionStorage to keep you signed in and to carry marketing attribution (UTM source/medium/campaign) from your first visit to the request you ultimately submit. We do not place third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain request records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. A consumer can request deletion of their request and contact data at any time. Professional credential documents are retained for the life of the professional relationship and the regulatory retention period that applies to that license or insurance.

7. Professional credential documents

License and insurance documents uploaded during onboarding are stored in private storage and accessed only via time-limited signed URLs generated when a Pexora admin reviews them. They are never shown to consumers.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of marketing communications, and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise any of these rights email us using the contact information on our Contact page.

9. Children

Pexora is not intended for individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
